Kim's Story:

She spends a great deal of time outdoors experiencing Nova Scotia’s rugged beauty, history, and folklore. With 15 years of experience in Area Management and Territory Sales she has returned to her real passion, which is working with people, storytelling, and media.

From a young age, she was inspired by local Nova Scotian folklorist Helen Creighton and all of the supernatural stories that Helen wrote about. Attending the school which used to be Helen's school in Halifax, N.S. only added fuel to the fire to continue the oral traditions which are so ingrained in our culture here on the East Coast of Canada.

In 2018, Kim began writing and telling paranormal stories on her podcast show Boos & Bourbon, which led to traveling throughout the United States to visit some of the spookiest places in the country, including the Waverly Hills Sanitorium in Kentucky, The Conjuring House in Rhode Island, The Lizzie Borden House in Massachusetts, Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop in New Orleans, The Witch House in Salem and the St. Augustine Lighthouse in Florida. Since the early 2000s, Kim has done extensive research regarding the paranormal and takes a level-headed, yet open approach to the subject.

By sharing some of her own experiences and connecting with others in the paranormal community, it brought her to Winter Light Productions, first as a co-host of Haunted in the 5th season, and then as a Production Manager of Haunted and Director of Maritime Museums since 2020. She continues to conduct investigations on Haunted, produce and host podcasts.

Haunted, Season 9 is available now on Eastlink TV in Canada. Channel 610. Haunted, Season 10 will be available in the Fall of 2023.
